Pros

I’ve been an administrator at Bankers Life for over five years, and the supportive culture here is truly remarkable. You have a whole team of colleagues ready to offer training, guidance, and support. Everyone is eager to share their best practices and ideas with new agents and employees to help them succeed. If you are willing to learn and work hard, this is a great opportunity. For specifically the "Branch Office Administrator" positions (as of August 2024), the CNO benefits are great. New employees receive 22 days of PTO annually, along with paid holidays and early release the day before holidays. The health and dental insurance options are excellent, vision insurance is free, and the company contributes $1,000+ to your HSA each year.

Cons

The Financial Professional and Sales positions are ideal for someone with an entrepreneurial mindset who doesn’t want a capped salary and is eager to grow professionally within the company. From day one, you have the option to work towards a future Management and/or Financial Advisor position if you choose. While sales may not be the right fit for everyone, those who willing to work hard and establish themselves within the company can become a six figure earner by their second year.

Pros

There are no pros to this position unless your are willing to convince old people on limited incomes to pay money they don't have for something they can't afford.

Cons

They don't give real leads, they don't want anything but to achieve the manager bonuses and they pretend to care about you and will bleed you dry for everything you have. JUST DON'T! This is a horrivle place to work

Pros

During training, a lot of help is given. If you sustain an injury, even in the office, you have no claim and must pay all expenses out of your own pocket.

Cons

No benefits are available through the company.
