Open work environment with strong teamwork culture locally and across geographical locations Approachable Leadership team Ability to get ideas/improvements up and running People do try to make a difference Positive feedback for a job well done

Cons

Sometimes locating information is not as straightforward as it could be. However I have worked in banks before and this is not uncommon.

The flat working structure means my directors are easy to approach which makes the teams really collaborative

Cons

New colleague so as yet I have not found any cons. Sometimes the lifts are slow?! Maybe keeping the momentum of new projects can sometimes be difficult.

Pros

The people and the pay were pretty good. Largest IT shop in Perth and a huge variety of stuff going on. Lots of exposure to interesting things Agile.

Cons

The culture and senior management. Enormous pretence of being something its not and lip service to values. GIant egos strutting around the place getting in the way of achieving useful outcomes for the business. Bureacratic and political. Burnout is very high. Many of the good people have gone.
