Pros

Great culture within the team I worked, undergoing significant change - which had its positives and negatives. I worked in a great team with a great leader who was values-driven and put people first.

Cons

Broader culture could be aggressive and not always collaborative. Due to the changes, it increased internal competition for resources and jobs. However, management were open to new ideas and being innovative.

Pros

The culture is highly dynamic and visibility is high with senior management so every employee has a voice. If you want to make changes to a process, managers listen and let you run with great ideas. The people are awesome, and all working towards a common goal of making Bankwest a successful business to rival the other Aussie banks. My manager is so understanding and flexible, really hands off, and really respects my contribution to the team.

Cons

Media speculation has been frustrating in the past.
