Pros

Flexible working - depending on your team. Some team leader are strict and micro managed while some are very understanding and flexible. Good internal job opportunities

Cons

Implemented a 50% mandatory office day in and round up when there is odd days in the month, meaning you are required to attend the office an extra day. Too many restructure and changes, it seems like they dont even know what they are doing When you have internal promotion within the team, they dont give you chances to negotiate. When you go for roles in other team such as perm or secondment, the pay would be lower than what they would give to people they recruit outside of the bank. You get better pay when you come into the job as external, do not really get rewarded for being loyal. Under CBA
