No Care, no Courage, no Commitment

Pros

Bankwest has a decent ability to work from home but this is being phased out.

Cons

The bank wants employees to show care, courage and commitment without wanting to meet those standards themselves. They have no issues making their employees choose between homelessness and unemployment. They take months to do anything internally (eg. 7 weeks to address bullying complaints) and their stance is if there's no witnesses it qasnt bullying. The lower down you are the less of a human being you're seen as.

Pros

- Great work life balance - Fantastic growth potential for early careers

Cons

- Recent restructuring - Extensive offshoring of work - CBA dictates most of what can and can't be done - Increases in compensation don't quite match the pace of inflation - Lofty and unrealistic goals causing apathy within teams
