Cons

Tenure always trumps experience and expertise often direct reporting so there's not a chance to apply. They set people up as scapegoats and offer no support. They don't consult with people doing the work before making decisions about that function.

Revolving door for colleagues- too much change.Too much emphasis given on reporting contacts with customers instead of meeting their needs.
