      Pros

      This hospital is a great place for training new employees for first time job position.

      Cons

      The treatment of employees leaves a lot to be desired. Raises are as little as 3 cents when the CEO's are given 4 million dollar bonuses ??? so just that speaks a lot about Corporate, which is plain greed and has total disregard for 90 % of employees. They also allow management to do whatever they want to whomever they want and get away with it.

      wide variety of patients to improve your medical skills

      Cardiodiagnostics leadership doesn't care about their people. They truly lie to protect each other and there isn't any you can do about it because you are also not protected by Human resources at all levels.
