Pros
The company offers great benefits and competitive pay. Employee satisfaction is important to them and there are some managers and directors that pay close attention to what is going on with their employees.
Cons
There are a ton of extra classes and seminars to attend. Even though the employee is compensated for attendance, it is often inconvenient to attend a 2 hour event on your day off. It would be better if you could attend a couple of seminars on the same day so that it didn't take several trips. Also the "push back/on call" policy is not the greatest since you can be pushed back for 4 hours which is like being on call except with no pay, then they decide if you will be put on call.
