      Pros

      My Colleagues were great to work with.

      Cons

      C-Suite management was a complete joke. Spent most of their time trying to find things wrong with practice managers. The ones who got to stay were the ones who did not work and sucked up to them. It was not based on those who had experience and worked the hardest. Waste of time for all the hard work that was put in by some of the managers. Also less useless meetings.

      Great place for nursing-really poor for support staff.

      Pros

      The pay is adequate, but you never feel sure you'll be employed tomorrow.

      Cons

      Banner does not seem to realize that if it weren't for dietary, maintenance, EVS, and admin support positions-they could not operate. We we've been told that we're "dime a dozen" employees, yet most of are as committed as the RNs and Administrators. The copays for procedures have caused some of us to cash out IRAs or do without. The copay to fix my torn cartilage equals 10% of my gross annual income. So I do without.

      Lost in an attempt to monopolize, not revolutionize healthcare.

      Pros

      Some managers care, typically they are weeded out.

      Cons

      Very, very, very top heavy. Bonuses paid to administration while laying off personnel. Managers promoted if liked, even if they don't have the qualifications for the job, including experience or degree. Banner monitors all social media, will pursue employees who speak negatively. The CEO wanted a medical school so badly he was willing to cripple the system to obtain it.
