      Pros

      Great opportunity to gain experience in the day-to-day hustle within a healthcare environment. The people are great (well, most of them) and the company is okay. The system used to manage patient care is amazing and Banner will always be on top of patient excellence.

      Cons

      Company is growing to fast and employees are disposable. Banner feels they can get whom ever they want and does not value their employees as they should. The pay is not competitive nor is it fair.

      Pros

      The floor staff that I work with are excellent

      Cons

      Banner continues to say over and over that their pay and compensation are competitive when the reality is that it is not. There is no benefit for staying with the company, they do not reward loyalty. An employee can leave, come back 2 years later and be hired at a significant increase in pay from when they left.

      Pros

      They have the best benefits package (PTO, health, 401k) of any healthcare company that I have worked with in the past 20 years. Banner is very large so there are many opportunities for advancement. Banner has a VERY strong telecommute program.

      Cons

      Very little room for salary negotiation. - I was only able to successfully negotiate a higher salary on one instance (my initial hire). Since then I have had 4 promotions without successfully negotiating a higher salary.
