      Pros

      Direct clinical care workers really do care about people. Many of the front line staff are patient focused and truly want to provide the best care and outcomes.

      Cons

      Extraordinarily top heavy. Heavy focus on moving friends around in management. Weighed down in bureaucracy. Used to actually care about employees now only cares about growth mindset to the detriment of the organization. Excessive growth has led to internal confusion and disorganization making it difficult for both employees and customers to accomplish work. Employee benefits shrink more and more every year.

      Pros

      pays the bills and they have a cafeteria

      Cons

      Harassment tactics by managers and Human Resources. Intimidation and purposely inconveniencing their employees. Abuse of power by Managers. Harassment of employees until they quit. Horrible culture.
