      Good fellow co worker's, horrible pay!

      My fellow co-workers were great. The job was good. I really don't know what other good things I can say about Banner.

      Cons

      Here is the bad news about Banner.... The pay, very low. They are NOT competitive with other facilities. It is 2017, the days of high school pay is gone. But Banner is corporate America, they are more concerned with their pockets than the people who make the wheels turn and sad to say the patient's, wait that's right at Banner you are a customer now. Silly me. Please look at other options before coming here, I promise you will make better money elsewhere.

      Rn Case manager

      Pros

      Culture of respect and cooperation among emplyees.

      Cons

      The organization is going through a 'transformation' is laying off its RN Case Managers. They plan to transition into a new model within the next few months which utilizes Transitional Coaches (unlicensed Social Workers) and assistants to manage their case management departments so it will be a waste of your time to apply for these positions.

      The challenges was poor communication lots of Favortisim poor leadership if you Speak up your fired at will No Questions ask
