Cons

Simply put, Banner & Witcoff is a horrible company that you should avoid. The environment here is very stressful and toxic. Our supervisors yell at us all the time, and they verbally abuse and insult us instead of giving proper support and guidance. They're unhelpful most of the time, and they're sometimes even detrimental to employee morale.

Cons

Deadlines came fast, expectations were vague, and teamwork was mostly absent. Each person focused on their own pile of work, leaving little collaboration or shared support. Long hours became the standard, and small mistakes were treated harshly. There was little recognition for reliability or consistency, just pressure to meet demands without question. The culture prized perfection but forgot the human side of the job, making each day feel transactional and impersonal.
