Most of the attorneys treat the staff very kindly. Work life balance is great. Some overtime but to be expected. Most try to give you a heads up though in advance. I would say the culture is really welcoming. They try to make it as enjoyable as work can be.

Cons

The pay is probably on the lower end but I think that happens for the trade of work life balance. Still have to come into the office.

Pros

Easy interview process. Remote work with one day in office. B&W was my first docketing position. I learned the basics and was able to move on to better.

Cons

Micromanaging. Favoritism to particular coworkers. Subpar training. Docketing cases here felt more like an assembly line, which may cause confusion to someone new. No diversity.
