Baptist's proposal for transformation 20/20 is destroying the passion we used to have for working there. A lot of benefits have been cut and raises have been frozen, even for our annual performance evaluation (unless you call a 1.5% a raise). The companies logo needs to change. No longer holds the "The Best Place to be your Best".

Transformation 20/20 - the cutting cost process actually - has decreased the employees morale tremendously. They recently had a voluntary opportunity to "quit" your job by offering laughable incentives for the ones willing to do it. They are cutting benefits from the employees who earn the least like movie tickets which were delivered on the day of our birthdays. In the meantime big salaries are still being paid to the upper management with no signs of cuts anywhere.
