Good medical benefits. Good place to work if your a single parent. Financially sound establishment that offers stability.

Cons

Very poor pay. They say there is room for advancement but they will not consider you as a candidate for promotions if you are currently working a "hard to fill position/site". Terrible management and supervisors.

opportunity to learn and grow is based "depending on who you know" based on "FAVORITISM" or if you belong to a specific group of people from a specific country or group. The departments run from the tail of the fish to the head of the fish.
