Corrupt politics. Worse than high school. Drama, two faced people with management being the worst. Can’t trust anyone. Favoritism at Its finest. No growth even though they preach it. You’ll get punished for every thing, written up and threatened for everything even a couple of absences that were excused. Your coworkers running to management to talk trash about you as much as possible. Management all acts like they care and turns around to talk trash behind your back. They claim all of these policies but don’t follow them unless it’s convenient for them. They make it up as they go, supervisors and “leads” doing whatever they want(and the favorites of course) when preaching to the team about things that can’t be done. Beyond hypocritical, immature, petty, two faced, rumors started that aren’t even close to the truth. Things change every single day. Something new that isnt allowed or changed yet no communication about it. Have to just find out on your own. It’s gone down hill in the last 2 years and it’s intolerable.
