Incredible flexibility, family oriented culture. Ownership tries to stay in touch with employees. Quickly growing company with many opportunities.

Cons

Lack of training. True growth requires almost dedicated self-direction.

Pros

inclusive company culture, large business run like a small business, management is approachable, communication is encouraged, teamwork is encouraged

Cons

large business run like a small business so highly highly nepotistic at the top, management is approachable but wont do anything based on your communication if they dont feel like it, they are quick to discard anyone without a second thought no matter what value they brought to the company

Pros

Great company culture... the management/ownership truly cares about their employees. They give you the tools to succeed.

Cons

There is not a ton of Cons to Bargreen. The only thing I would say, is the lack of training. I feel the training program could be better, but that may only pertain to my position.
