Free lunch alot of the time. Small amount of people in office.

Cons

No HR. Horrible upper managment. The warehouse supervisor at the fort Worth location was a snob.

They are going through management switch (sons of owners taking over) The style and personality of the company is changing because of that.

Pros

Amazing and supportive work environment - they take the 'Work Hard, Play Hard' idea to heart. The president of the company makes a point to know every employee and can greet them by name. So many employees have been with the company for years and are willing to share their knowledge and expertise. Any and all steps can be taken to ensure the customer's needs are met. You are given every chance and encouragement to go above and beyond and be the hero for your customer.

Cons

The company really needs a separate HR department. There are people at each branch that take on the main responsibilities, but as the company continues to grow, they need to seriously consider bringing on an official HR department.
