Pros

Relaxed environment, company activities and employees are nice.

Cons

Lack of employee apprecation, pay scale is extremely low in the IT area, lack of management hearing out ideas from employees regarding business technology improvements and poor selection of management staff. Lots of sexual harassment towards women goes on within the workplace. HR is not proactive on this. This is a male dominant company and with lots favoritism towards other men.

Bargreen provides a fun environment where you are encouraged to grow and pursue personal initiatives aligned with company values. They offer flexibility with your work schedule and decent benefits.

Cons

Compensation is somewhat lacking. Some people in the company can have a somewhat recessive attitudes towards technology and change. Testing in regards to development can also be improved.
