Pros
Occasionally, you get to work remotely however, most of the time you need to go to the offices.
Cons
You have some senior managers that would rather keep toxic employees than to filter them out. If I had to guess they are still burning through cash which, if I was a current employee reading this message, I would see that as a red flag. And if I had to guess they will probably do layoffs again in Q1 or at the end of Q1. Or strategic firing to hide the fact they are not positive cash flow. How would you know this is the case… if they fire a position and they don’t rehire for that role…Thats how you would know…Food for thought.
