This is a fear-driven workplace. Management is a joke. Gossip runs rampant. Management does not communicate directly, but rather gives silent treatment, talks behind employees' backs, and spreads horrid rumors. Does not provide direction, encouragement, benefits, educational or advancement opportunities, or trust. They would rather pick you apart and tear you down then admit mistakes and change direction. If you're job hunting, keep looking. You're better off.

Employees are viewed and treated as a means to an end. That end was to grow the business with as many clients as possible as fast as possible. You will be expected to ignore established standards and compromise personal integrity to push clients through. No raises. Terrible benefits. 20th century tech. Bonus is a mystery.
