Pros

There are some good people who work here They have made the benefits slightly better

Cons

Its 100% top down, only the top gets raises while the rest don't get raises for years The benefits while better they are still under the market They micro-mange you, and the second you don't do what they want you are gone Zero respect for or loyalty to employees Its just a toxic culture, even though there are good people here its toxic because its a popularity contest and your performance means nothing to your success. The turnover is REALLY high, especially in IT, the systems and leadership are so bad its hard to have good people stay There was a regime change a year ago and things are only marginally better, its still all about the top.

False Promises/Bad Upper Management

Pros

Get paid on time. Will keep bad employees - so if you're not a hard worker and like to cause drama, this could be for you. Work with some other good people. Ummm... I have my own desk. Other than that, there really isn't too many pro's.

Cons

Keep bad employees. Benefits are terrible. Insurance is expensive, limited and low amounts of paid time off, receive only the federal holidays off, no employee appreciation, pay is low, non-existent bonuses (which we are told is to be part of our salary). Even when expected to bonus, corporate always seems to screw us out of our bonus. No salary raises - basically have to beg and plead for a pay raise. No advancement, training, or growth opportunities - yet claim that there is. Unless part of the "boys" (CEO's group of friends) will never advance in company. Express your opinions and the iron fist comes down. Management and sales always going on "business" trips, golf events, dinners, conventions, meetings, etc. and charge all expenses to the branch which then effect bonuses. So we lower level employees get to pay for management's parties and fun. Low-tech company. Have terrible computer systems for payroll, staffing, HR, etc. My phone is fast than the computers. No values.

Poorly managed, lack of teamwork

Pros

Overall negative experience. Has a lot of services and support available, just not well managed at this branch.

Cons

The manager had no staffing experience and was selling services to clients that he had no comprehension of what it required, as well as the only management technique he possessed was to fire people. Staff turned completely over three times in a year, leading to no one knowing what to do and a "figure it out yourself" attitude. Vacation pay is not automatic the first year there, never worked for a company so cheap. Zero teamwork among staff, I have never asked a co-worker for help with something and they say-" no, I have my own stuff to worry about."
