Many kind and extremely talented employees.

Cons

This is a fear-driven workplace. Management is a joke. Gossip runs rampant. Management does not communicate directly, but rather gives silent treatment, talks behind employees' backs, and spreads horrid rumors. Does not provide direction, encouragement, benefits, educational or advancement opportunities, or trust. They would rather pick you apart and tear you down then admit mistakes and change direction. If you're job hunting, keep looking. You're better off.

Good pay, flexibility. Nice people work for the company.

Cons

Benefits, no vacation in first year. Priced out of affordable PPO so pretty much have to take the HSA plan. No real leadership. Not progressive at all.
