Pros

You do not really have to work here. Management makes you feel like they care. Pay isnt bad. Free food occasionally.

Cons

Health care is astronomical for a family plan. Paying almost $1000 a month just in health care. Little to no chances of advancement if you are good at your job or don’t “know someone”. People are slowly dying or retiring and no real attempts at replacing them. Equipment is outdated and being downsized as well. A lot of time and money is wasted on meetings daily. Seeing other employees doing nothing or shooting the breeze and not being reprimanded motivates me little to none.

A great environment that promotes personal growth. Very few employees complaining about their work environment. I really enjoyed the four years that I worked for the company.

Cons

Very demanding hours... The company has top tier customers that demand service and availability around the clock.

Able to design my own job. able to work on my own. i do not suffer from micro-management. The nature of my job allows me a tremendous amount of personal and professional growth and satisfaction

Cons

Erratic behavior of senior management. Lack of processes...driven by overly large, overly pampered egos in some of our divisions. There is also a lack of professionalism in key support areas, which lends itself to the protection of mediocrity.
