The main downside I experience was working at this specific location. The manager did not manage People well, nor is he a forcing her to prevent problems from happening. He was not able to communicate effectively or respectfully with most of his employees. He was not an approachable person. His visible attitude of not caring, discouraged employees from wanting to do and be better and help promote the office. Due to lack of communication, poor inventory skills, attempts to bend company policy, lack of follow through, and leader ship, the office has been in a downward trajectory with low morale. Poor communication has also put me employees at risk love losing their homes by not being able to pay bills because they were not made aware of how little they would be working.
