Interesting mix of work and opportunity for growth. We meet people from all walks of life and work with like minded people. The skill set of each person is diverse and helps to build the productivity of the whole crew. We are a small intimate shop with resources of akin to a major corporation. The company is family owned giving us the peace of mind that our jobs are valued by a family that has cared for this business for over a hundred years.

Cons

If you not a "tree person" or passionate about people then this job could be taxing. We spend a tremendous amount of time learning so we can do this job right and if you don't carry a genuine love for the industry and your coworkers this can be seen as a drain.
