      OK benefits My manager was great Easy. If you needed to leave for a doctors appointment they were very liberal.

      Senior management better open their eyes real soon. Very stressful environment. People always talking about you. very cliquey. VP's act like they are in high school. If they liked you could od whatever you want. If they did not beware!!!!!!

      There is no path for upward mobility without being related to Dr.Bartlett, this was made shocking made clear when the decision was made to move his nephew from a role they created for him as “Special Assistant To CEO” to director of the arboretum. They also have several discrimination lawsuits against them that they are trying to pay their way out of so their misconduct won’t become public record.

      Good entry level position for people just getting into the industry Fair benefits Probably the best company to work for in the industry when it comes to customer satisfaction Good training for beginners The technology is currently being updated to be more user friendly and efficient

      Cons

      Pay is not the best when it comes to labor Company values time with them over knowledge (as far as progressing into better positions) Large company for the industry which can translate to being unheard by upper management A very scientific role with a very physical aspect (this can be a good thing depending on your persona) Exposure to diluted chemicals
