Outdated systems, uncaring and uneducated HR and management. Sexism, racism, elitism, favoritism. Like working in the 1950's. No PTO for entire year.

Great safety culture, best pay and benefits in the industry. Excellent training and resources.

Cons

Corporate managers need to be on the same page. One hand doesn't tend to know what the other is doing. Ex. I was employed by the company for 2 months and was sent an e-mail (to my company e-mail address) by HR informing me that the position had been filled but that they would keep my resume on file - True story!
