Pros

Pros of working at Barton include living and working by Lake Tahoe and the people who work here are nice and welcoming.

Cons

Management is disconnected from the staff, the co-dependent behavior that Barton has for homeless and transient people, sometimes the hospital acts as a shelter more then a hospital. Pay and benefits are horrible compared to other northern California hospitals.
