Inertia , lack of training for new managers and directors. New leadership has created a negative culture and introduced questionable billing practices into operations. This has led to an exodus of strong employees. The culture is now led by fear, it is a blame culture. Plus the nursing staff's unreasonable and ridiculous demands is making this a place that is no longer a favorable employer. moreover the organization needs more diversity within the leadership ranks. Currently we have three minorities at a manager level with 0 minorities at the director level as well as 0 minorities at the c-suite level. How do we know this team is prioritizing the healthcare needs of the Latino and African American patients?

Human Resource leadership is not trusted and does not back up management. Have a program called ‘Just Culture’ which basically is to keep other employees from looking to a union for fairness from leadership. Nurses have voted in a union, doubt, knowing HR leadership, employees needing a union for fair treatment will stop at nurses.
