The company claims to uphold strong values, but in reality, it’s plagued by nepotism and cronyism and retaliation. Unqualified family members working alongside the rest that actually had to have skill and talent to get hired. This makes the hiring process seem arbitrary and feeds a toxic work environment. Upper management would ask why morale was so low - but did not care to actually acknowledge what was being reported back to them. Good luck getting the same opportunities as family members of the boss/upper management do - and you will be held to much different and higher standards than your nepo co-worker. If you value fairness and equal treatment / opportunities, look elsewhere.
