Great opportunity to learn digital and work with multiple clients across various industries

Cons

- Constant LONG hours which leads to burn out - Clients can be very demanding and management doesn’t help to set reasonable expectations - Very low pay for the long hours - Depending on the pod you’re working on, may be super micromanaged - Company structure/departments are very disorganized (various departments don’t work as if we’re all under the same company)
