if some of the coworkers don't like you, they'll make everyday hell

good benefits solid job IF you mind your business and are agreeable

Cons

management sucks, every employee has only work there for a couple months max and there's a reason why.... WORST job and safety training I've every seen

Decent Company with Some Issues

The team seems to really care about helping each other out.

Cons

The company uses support as a catch all for issues that should have been resolved before fully going live. Because of this management does not really have time to actually help or work with their employees because of non-stop meetings with problem customers (every customer) all day. In addition, you're not permitted to speak with people outside of your department without manager approval. This leads to being entirely isolated from the rest of the company since the only time you communicate with others is when there is an issue.
