      management seems to busy to focus on the people and lack follow through on concerns brought up. They try but the business is growing so fast and keeping up is a struggle sometimes

      Managers are nearly nonexistent here either not working or impossible to find. Long work hours and being forced to work overtime Constantly changing things that don't need changed Ramping up production despite running skeleton crews
