      Culture doesn’t feel respectful. Old school “managers rules” - “pay your dues” doesn’t seem to be in touch with today’s workforce.

      Pros

      Management is open about company goals and performance. Other reviews here claimed there was too much travel, however, in this field and in this industry, travel is the norm. I will say however that the company strives to schedule home time as often as possible. I went in with an expectation of a 50/50 ratio and have so far not exceeded that.

      Lots of young inexperienced engineers which puts a strain on everyone with the amount of growth the company has seen.

      Pros

      Cool, nice people. Somewhat interesting work and technology. Pretty flexible if you need to leave early for a doctor's appointment or something like that.

      Cons

      Lack of diversity is obvious Fit in to the culture or you're on the outside looking in Old fashioned 8-5 work hours with forced 1 hour lunch Pay is average to below average Training/onboarding was just kind of strange Benefits are average to below average I would imagine the only reason people stick around is that they're trying to get a minimum of 2 years of experience before getting out. Most people in the group are younger and are more than likely "locked in" to the company before they have an adequate amount of experience to go somewhere else.
