      Pros

      Flexibility to work from home and remote, when you do not need to travel to customer jobs. We are allowed and trusted by our bosses to make our own decisions. Lots of learning. You can find great colleagues here and a collaborative environment across most, if not all, of the project teams.

      Cons

      HEAVY workload and lots of travel, if you are in a position that requires travel. I do not see a lot of women in management or senior positions, so there are not a lot of examples of flexibility for parents, especially mothers.

      A great company if you are willing to work hard and have a servant's heart

      Pros

      Bastian is a company that provides challenges, compensates well, and is zealous about customer service. But it is not for everyone. The hours can be long and you will be stretched. The company is willing to do things that have not been done before or have been deemed too difficult for competitors. And, even though it is now part of Toyota, there is an entrepreneurial approach that inspires "out-of-the-box" thinking.

      Cons

      Some of the things that make the company great could also be considered "cons" for those that are not up to it. The company moves fast, sometimes too fast. There are never enough resources, as there has been a continues growth curve that has been difficult to manage.

      Pros

      Bastian Solutions offers a lot of opportunities to employees. You can gain a lot of great, hands-on experience here right away.

      Cons

      Because the company is growing so quickly, everyone is still learning how to operate as a larger company.
