      Pros

      Great growing company with a good corporate structure. Treats employees like people and will listen to your opinions. Good open door policy. Managers seem to have your back and watch out for your interests. Your career can go in many different directions. Excellent training, good amount of travel, get to see and work in a lot of different environments.

      Cons

      Sometimes have had to travel on the weekends (with no extra pay or compensation). Commission policy makes it difficult for project engineers to make extra money, you really need to become an FAE for that.

The company operates with an open door policy where everyone's opinion is valued and taken into consideration. One of the fastest growing companies in the industrial automation industry, Bastian is poised for sustained success long into the future.

      Pros

      Love that my days are really busy and go fast. The people I work with are a big part of why I enjoy working there. No one looking over my shoulder, I know what to do and I do it. My manager is good at listening to me, and talks to me regularly about how I'm doing and what she can do to help me.

      Cons

      Sometimes the days being so busy is a downside.
