While growing very rapidly and with the acquisition by Toyota, the company maintains a family business atmosphere. The entire Bastian family is one of the most caring, generous, and down to earth families in Indiana. One of benefits I enjoy the most is that we are constantly using the latest and most advanced technologies in the industry. I would also offer that our internal team gains knowledge and experience far faster than the typical organization and would recommend working at Bastian Solutions whether a college graduate or industry seasoned expert.
