Pros

- Jason (CEO) is a real human being. I think that says it all. Very approachable - Ongoing reorg has (mostly) been done with a logical flow in mind, and not just for the sake of saving some pennies - (still) Strong on values and work-life balance, maintaining the "we are still a Finnish company" motto - Good salaries/benefits aligned with the market Overall, a good company.

Cons

- Internal turmoil in some departments (maybe not that different from what we see on the market) - but necessary - Processes are not very mature - The products are highly customizable (which can create an issue in the long run)

It used to be an OK-ish work place. See cons.

Cons

The new management couldn't care less about employees. Layoffs - Checked! (bonus - 1 month of stress waiting to see if you still have a job). Extra work, new redundant procedures, stopping all the opportunities for career growth? Checked! Incompetent managers, without any skills? Checked! Salary raises to match the inflation, rewards, keeping up with the competitors? No, you can't have it all. The persons who did nothing before the big rebranding continue to do nothing. The ones who performed a hard work ... are more overworked.
