Only after you agreed on the terms they tell you that you only get paid bonus when you are above 80% - they fired 10% of all staff and knowing them more will follow - managers or lets say the ones with the title but not the brains or guts and personality sack you when they fear competition, there is a culture of suppression and unfair behaviour - they let you work for other markets and have a hidden agenda, so they pay you bad for the things you have to do after this surprise. - asking questions are not appreciated - I can mention more but too much
