The Basware brand is recognized as the global leader in P2P solutions. It is an exciting growth organization, and truly a wonderful and challenging place to work. Basware has a great company culture, and attracts bright, talented and dedicated employees. I thoroughly enjoy working with my colleagues and the executive management team!

Cons

I've only been at Basware for a couple of months...and haven't identified any 'cons' at this point.

Pros

Good work environment, many opportunities within this global company. On the leading edge of P2P processes and global e-commerce networks, now adding Financing Services to the global portfolio. Dedicated employees are the norm. We bleed Basware "Blue"

Cons

Benefits have been streamlined last few years. Heavy Finnish influence from culture through senior management, should be more global influence. Silo mentality holds us back at times.

Pros

You probably can't find another job with same degree of freedom - management at all levels really believe in you, so no micro management here. Team spirit is very high and my colleagues always seems to have time when I ask for help. People often work from home Monday, Thursday and Friday which of course reduces the weekly commuting

Cons

Training is not prioritized very high in Basware and especially training in software products outside Basware is difficult to get approved
