Pros
Culture, product, people, and opportunities are all amazing. Market is ripe for continued growth. In several decades of working in various orgs (large and small) - I have honestly never come across a company with such a promising foundation. People care and treat each other with respect. Leadership is engaged and thoughtful towards all levels of employees. Customers are kept as central to our mission. So much good in who we are comes from our Finnish background. So much good in where we are heading comes from our global teams - working together towards a mission to grow and keep our “1st in AP Automation” place in the market. Is everything perfect? Of course not. But where things need improving I have always seen Basware willing to admit it, and work to solve it.
