Pros

Great benefits, very friendly colleagues, high retention rate of staff, modern outlook, flexible working conditions and family friendly ethos. Good feedback and regular performance reviews. Good on the job training.

Cons

Cultural challenges between regions. 40 hour working week in UK is higher than some colleagues in other regions. Pay increases are modest at best. Some managers play the rules more than others with processes and procedures

If you want to just sit and relax and work on nothing important and have a very insecure job - THIS IS THE COMPANY FOR YOU.

Pros

Good Salary After Training Period if you process great number of invoice i.e. pay per invoice which is DATA-ENTRY in a nutshell .you will get 1.5 rupee while company will get 1600 rupee from customer which is not productive for employee and it is cheap Politics .

Cons

Pros

You probably can't find another job with same degree of freedom - management at all levels really believe in you, so no micro management here. Team spirit is very high and my colleagues always seems to have time when I ask for help. People often work from home Monday, Thursday and Friday which of course reduces the weekly commuting

Cons

Training is not prioritized very high in Basware and especially training in software products outside Basware is difficult to get approved
