Pros

New building, up to date office space and good location. Might be good for your first job our of college.

Cons

The owner will tell you he has an "open door policy" during your first week, (but it is not true). This company does play "favorites". If you are not in that "group" then do not expect to be able to move up the ladder. Witnessed minorities getting passed up for promotions multiple times. There is a reason why the demographic of the staff is young, (that is because the company cannot keep staff there long). The "culture" will appear to be great because the campus is very nice...but you will realize that you will be working with a target on your back if you are not a "favorite".

Continually reviewing and increasing benefits to meet employee needs Wants feedback from employees through engagement surveys, 1-on-1s, check-ins to understand what they can do better Leadership truly cares about the employees and the culture of the company Growth opportunities

Cons

Company is growing year after year, and with that can have growing pains in regards to new processes and changes

Pros

+monthly company lunches +friendly small talk +social inclusion +work/life balance (at least for hourly employees)

Cons

-Limited upward mobility and promotion opportunities. -Compensation could be better. -I had a terrible experience with who I reported to, they had no respect for me. I was not allowed to take initiative and had to go to them before I did anything. 90% of the meetings they scheduled with me were pursued back or canceled without advance notice, and even one major project was delayed a full year because of this.
