They no good reason to work for a company that could care less about customers or there quality of there caskets then they do. This was the best in the wold but now they are a BIG JUNK YARD

Talk a big game about career paths but there are none because of the decline in market and company's main objective to "meet numbers." A lot of favoritism Management not willing to truly explore talents of internal employees Micromanagement at most levels Customer does NOT come first focus more on getting every penny from them that's possible

Stable employment, high profit margins for owners.

Cons

Worked 7 days per week through covid with no extra compensation while company raked in record profits capitalizing on covid deaths. Also least inclusive staff imagineable.
