Good benefits, they have a union even though not the best union, they still fight for higher wages.

Cons

While the pay is not too bad, you will work for every penny that you make there. Upper management is about a joke, and like every other place they are concerned more with money then the people. They only have one shift, which is 1st.

Good compensation and benefits. Great team atmosphere and immediate impact on real-life projects. Stable employment with personal development. Many people stay there 20+ years. Senior management is close and very accessible. Very accomidating to families.

Cons

Somewhat adverse to working remotely unless for reasons such as doctors appointments, sick kids, etc. Few levels of management which can make you consider what advancement is like.

EMT doesn't accept reality or want any feedback, there are quality issues that aren't acknowledged or fixed. private equity ownerships has changed the focus to cost cutting. this company has went from the nicest product to trying to win the lowest price game because their quality can no longer command the premium price.
