Working with funeral directors is very fulfilling.

Cons

Also families are not burying their loved ones any more..The quality of Batesville's product has declined and terms for doing business w/ Batesville is complicated. Management has taken many sales postition in house. You can never get away from the job because Funeral Directors call you 24/7.

Great benefits, low stress atmosphere, decent pay and vacation time. I'll probably work there until I retire.

Really there is only the obvious on every job some people are hard to deal with.

The pay and benefits are great, the relationships that you can develop are priceless.

Cons

They need to spend money on their equipment and not over spend on vehicles that have no life left in them. They have no loyalty to their employees
