Decent pay rate. Offers matching 401K and pension.

Cons

Funeral industry is changing fast; competition is stronger than ever and growing. Management does not seem to have a plan to stay competitive or to expand into new areas. Production is down and whole shifts have been eliminated. More focus is placed on cost cutting than on profit building.

This company genuinely cares about it's customers and gives its managers the freedoms to lead. They really care about their associates. (most of the time)

Cons

The company does a good job of balancing shareholder value and customer service, but they need to do a better job of making it easier to do business with. (too many silos between departments)
