Pros

Get to work with some really nice people. Work is not hard, you have to generate your own enthusiasm. NIce when you can split time between malls and outdoor events

Cons

One of the managers is a control freak, in fact, an outright bully with a Napoleon complex. They have their priorities a little mixed up - emphasizing the number of leads (quantity) over quality. Eventually, I think they'll see the light, though.

Pros

They know how to sell the job to you, therefore you don't really have an interview, they just make sure you know what is on your resume. They make it sound like it's a really good company to grow with because most people know who they are.

Cons

They are really selective of who they actually train (I took notes from day one and was shocked that I didn't get the same treatment). Their policy's are screwed to work only for them. An example is they will write up and then fire you the next week for their misguidance. There are few opportunities to improve or advance and managers do not know how to talk to their team they just yell. Oh and they play calls of previous employees who were fired as a scare and training tactic and they are not ones that you can honestly be trained with. Although this is a owned family business they do not provide a good work - life balance.

Failure by design.

Pros

Nothing whatsoever, I advise you to run.

Cons

Highly unqualified leads presented as "warm leads", customer is forced into making an appointment for any basic information. Unless you're selling in sub-prime locales, where they make the bulk of their $$$ by praying on the uneducated. Can be put in compromising situations, homes where people just had COVID-19 or relatives who lived there. Home's where (prospective customers) people are openly using illicit drugs and have weapons visible upon entry. They have a huge ad spend, which in their mind equates to guaranteed results. Which is nonsensical if the rest of your pyramid scheme is filled with inexperienced employees, or those lacking the understanding of what it takes to fulfill said role. Leads in sum are garbage, they funnel previous customers and other guaranteed buyers to their longstanding favorites. It's a boys club like most sales organizations, this one however (Bath Saver) is one big imposter. The customer becomes a number as they are unable to fulfill their intentionally created "back log" or " waiting list" as they like to pitch it. Snipe the competition with ad-spend, take everyone out of the market, and then service the customer last. It's a terrible business model, where they champion selling "postponement" which seems flat out insane and illogical. I mean, to any pro, that alone should tell you everything you need to know. Customer service is nil, everything gets deferred to salesperson. Even a call directed to the warranty department, will then get forwarded BY the warranty department asking you to address the issue. Oh and the kicker here, its a Canadian brand with a Canadian website. And then re-badged and represented as an American company to consumers in the USA. Almost every single customer from every creed has questioned why my offerings don't align with our website? Oh sorry, that's the "Canadian Market". Even though they used the site to schedule an appointment lol. Talk about bad business, from start to finish. Oh and pay/benefits, no mileage reimbursement, no company vehicle, no base salary, no expense card. How about having 20% of your total earnings (which will be minimal at best) being held back until install. And then being at the mercy of an understaffed department, with a back-log of work that gets completed via favoritism. It's plain awful, and totally by design. There's no money here, don't waste a moment of your time with these amateurs'.
